
Our current offering is our award winning 2006 Merlot, aged for two years in American Oak Barrels and boasts a gentle balance of tannins that leave a fine lingering after taste of vanilla & wood spice. The complex bouquet of blackberries, cherries & plums, with a touch of caramel, is best paired with roast chicken, pastas with a tomato sauce, pork dishes & mild cheeses.
Receiving accolades from wine aficionados, our first release of Mushal’s ‘Fume Blanc’ was in 1983. The grapes were drawn from a single hillside. The soil & microclimate contributed to its smooth & supple character.
Our future? Mushal Winery & Vineyards will be offering wine made from custom crushed grapes, both from their own vineyard as well as grapes from other Sonoma County Vineyards. Estate bottled wines are limited to Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were grown at Sandhu Vineyards.
